Rentals for the building require a 1-year lease term min. . The owner is collecting a security deposit. There is an application fee of $65 per applicant. No move fee is needed because it is furnished. If you are adding some of your own furniture the building does charge a move-in fee of $200 Monday to Friday and $300 for Saturday. There are no Sunday moves and the move fee is paid again upon move out. Furnished units are not charged the move fee but it's subject to change. Renter's insurance is required for all rental units. Electricity is the tenant's responsibility. Any upgrades or service fees for cable & internet are the responsibility of the tenant. Building lease fee of $250. Applicants must show strong credit and income along with solid employment. Depending on the status of these items a co-signer may be needed.
