The owner is collecting a security deposit of 1 month rent. The building does charge a non-refundable move in and out charge. There is a refundable elevator deposit. Renter's insurance is required. Parking is available for an additional cost. Pets will be considered but there is a pet count and weight/breed restriction. There will be a pet deposit. The owner is willing to pay the move in fee for a one-year lease or will provide a half month credit on an 18-month lease.
